We have been a resident here since 2021 and we love how swift the response is whenever we have service requests. Shoutout to Tristan Ortiz for quickly coming to our aid when our dishwasher got clogged, our plumbing had leaks, and our range stopped working. To top it all off, he took initiative to have our lightbulbs changed (and we even got some spares bulbs) without us asking! That’s top notch customer service right there!

Tristan Ortiz is a life saver, my AC went out in the middle of summer and my apartment got up to 85 degrees, he stayed and made sure that before he left for the day I had AC and could live comfortably.
