Leslie is the best apartment manager I’ve ever lived under. So understanding, the staff is always quick to respond, I love it here.

I had the pleasure of touring a two bedroom unit with Leslie who answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly. I was offered great deals for the month of May and shown more than one option that fit my criteria. She is such a kind and upbeat person who is detail oriented as well. She made me feel comfortable and welcome and I feel secure in knowing there is a real human being in the office if and when I decide to move in! This apartment also has great options concerning security deposit!

Ray is an amazing maintenance man and is very attentive to the needs of the residents here at Cliffdale Crossing. I have been living here for just under a year and Ray, along with the rest of the team here (Ryan and Tristan), have made my stay here worth the move.

I mentioned to Ray Morten when I ran into him that i was getting ready to put in a service request. He asked what was wrong. I explained one of the burners on my stove wasn’t working. He said let’s take a look. He decided the burner was out and I needed a new one. He said he would take care of it the next day. I went out on an errand and when I came back he had brought me a new one and fixed the problem. Ray has always been nice and truly seems to love and care for the tenants on this property. Thank you Ray Morten.

My husband and I have been living here for some time now and no one else is as helpful as Ray. Anytime we need something he is very quick to run over and help. That guy deserves a raise for all of his hard work!

Truly have loved my experience here! My son loves the playground and has met so many other nice kids. Receiving packages and putting in work orders is very easy and convenient. Our maintenance tech, Ray has been more than outstanding and helpful. He goes above and beyond for us and my husband, son and I love him. We always look forward to seeing Mr. Ray during the week!

I lived at Cliffdale Crossings for about 3 years and honestly it was a solid place to stay. No place is perfect, but I never had any major issues while living there. The area was pretty quiet, and I felt comfortable the whole time. Anytime I needed maintenance, they came out and handled it without giving me a hard time. The office staff was always respectful when I spoke to them, which I appreciated. The location is also super convenient — stores, food spots, and everything you need aren’t far at all. After three years, I can say it was a dependable place to live. If you’re looking for something affordable and in a good location, Cliffdale Crossings is definitely worth checking out. So close to fort bragg and many many restaurants convenient
