I mentioned to Ray Morten when I ran into him that i was getting ready to put in a service request. He asked what was wrong. I explained one of the burners on my stove wasn’t working. He said let’s take a look. He decided the burner was out and I needed a new one. He said he would take care of it the next day. I went out on an errand and when I came back he had brought me a new one and fixed the problem. Ray has always been nice and truly seems to love and care for the tenants on this property. Thank you Ray Morten.

Truly have loved my experience here! My son loves the playground and has met so many other nice kids. Receiving packages and putting in work orders is very easy and convenient. Our maintenance tech, Ray has been more than outstanding and helpful. He goes above and beyond for us and my husband, son and I love him. We always look forward to seeing Mr. Ray during the week!

I lived at Cliffdale Crossings for about 3 years and honestly it was a solid place to stay. No place is perfect, but I never had any major issues while living there. The area was pretty quiet, and I felt comfortable the whole time. Anytime I needed maintenance, they came out and handled it without giving me a hard time. The office staff was always respectful when I spoke to them, which I appreciated. The location is also super convenient — stores, food spots, and everything you need aren’t far at all. After three years, I can say it was a dependable place to live. If you’re looking for something affordable and in a good location, Cliffdale Crossings is definitely worth checking out. So close to fort bragg and many many restaurants convenient

I’ve had a really solid experience living at Cliffdale Crossing. The property is clean and quiet. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the grounds are always in good shape. I especially want to give credit to the property manager Leslie. She’s professional and cares about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, she’s been easy to work with. Cliffdale Crossing has been a great place to live and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment.

I have never lived in an apartment before, moving into a new city was enough anxiety for me. The staff at cliffdale made me comfortable when i was urgently looking for an apartment so i can check out of the air bnb. The staff are so friendly and prompt when i call for help. Infact one of the maintenance guy dropped me a note in my language that made me feel so special. I think i have written enough. I am still here and i feel heard.
