Tristan Ortiz is a life saver, my AC went out in the middle of summer and my apartment got up to 85 degrees, he stayed and made sure that before he left for the day I had AC and could live comfortably.

Since moving to Cliffdale, I have experienced a very welcoming atmosphere. Upon arriving, the staff was extremely accommodating and attentive with my move in. When I bring forth an issue with maintenance around the house, it is tended to promptly and followed up within the first few days. One of the best features would have to be the option of assigned parking. This lessens the hassle of finding parking and the residents seem to respect that. We have since used amenities such as the pool and park (which my kids thoroughly enjoy). The gym, dog park, mailbox are also a convenient walk from my unit as well. I look forward to seeing the community grow as I continue living at cliffdale crossing.

Mr. Ortiz corrected the problem in a professional, precise, and timely manner. Everything is as it should be.
