I moved to Cliffdale Crossing 7 months ago. The complex has been good to me. Apart minor issues, me and my family are feeling safe. As a military I can been gone for days and feel at ease regarding security. Katrina and Randi have been so helpful. They are the real MVPs. Always providing top tier service. These ladies are hard working, very respectful and so nice to everyone.

Great people, easy and friendly. The process was smooth and fast.

We moved to Cliffdale crossing in April, and unfortunately have ran into some maintenance issues, but the maintenance guys here are phenomenal! Every time we’ve had something go wrong they show up the same day and get things done! Special creds to Ray for this last fix!!

Everything was great when I moved to Cliffdale Crossing Apartment. For me this is one of the best in this area. The treatment was good. Mss Katrina knows how to treat the clients

Becoming a responsible adult is definitely more difficult than parents made it seem coming up. To find a home that put me in between my 3 stores was extremely a task while running the stores. However I came in and fell in love with an apartment with the staff at this beautiful complex. The energy from the phone to get a viewing, the viewing by Katrina Butler was phenomenal. I felt right at home. I shopped around and came back after praying about, and said I’m ready to move forward. The process was super easy and welcoming. The conversation that Katrina have with you are welcoming. Super excited I made this decision and that they made it easy for me to decide. Definitely recommend that you work with her to get you the best fit. The young lady in the front as well was great. They know how to connect with people very well. What put the icing on the cake was when I came to move in she remembered my name first and last. The both of them. Knowing that they see tenants everyday and to be able to say my name is phenomenal customer service. Great work ladies wish it was more people like you in the sales game.
